MARKET
Welcome to the new historic Christmas village in front of the awe-inspiring scenery of the main train station in Hannover. Inspired by the half-timbered architecture of Lower Saxony, the many different huts spread a quaint atmosphere and ensure a festive Advent season at the Hannover Christmas Market.
Traditional arts and crafts are on display, exquisite goods are presented and high-quality gastronomy is offered. The historic stationmaster is the good soul in the Christmas village and shows all guests young and old the novelties to be discovered at the Hannover Christmas Market.

PROJECTION
Every day at 5, 6:30 and 8 p.m., the historic facade of the main station sparkles with lights and tells a special Christmas story.
FERRIS WHEEL
A ride on the historic Ferris wheel offers a dreamlike view of the festively illuminated city and over the entire Hannover Christmas Market.
VR - CARRIAGE
Digital and fast-paced, the ride on the reindeer carriage goes through a wintry Christmas landscape and beguiles the senses. Innovative fun for young and old!
BIO MULLED WINE
In the Christmas village, only organic mulled wine from a Palatinate winegrower will be served, which was developed especially for this market.
RESTAURANT & CAFÉ
Roncallis historisches Restaurant-Café verzaubert mit seiner besonderen Atmosphäre. Es lädt ein, der Hektik des Alltags zu entfliehen und sich im gemütlichen Ambiente im Warmen mit weihnachtlichen Leckereien verwöhnen zu lassen. HISTORY
Since the founding of Circus-Theater Roncalli over 45 years ago, the creative team around director Bernhard Paul has specialized in staging high-quality overall experiences. As a collector of historical rarities and preserver of the good and beautiful, Paul has amassed a unique trove that ranges from nostalgic fairgrounds to unique props to old shopping stores. The Hannover Christmas Market joins this history as a magical production.
Those who know the Hannover Christmas market from previous years have already learned to love the historic station building. This year the Roncalli market team provides the capital of Lower Saxony with winter flair of a new kind. Lovingly restored in their own workshops, they draw on various treasures that are incorporated into the concept for the Hannover Christmas Market.
Art instead of commerce is the motto and so, starting this year, Hannover's Christmas market on Ernst-August-Platz will shine in new splendor and the city will be one attraction richer for its residents and visitors.
